Dr. Alareddy is informative, knowledgeable, patient and willing to listen. The portal system is great! We love being able to leave messages and updates any time of day since we are busy with our son that has lots of medical needs.
This review is for the support system. Ascension is just awful! I have tried for three months to get the results of tests. Have left multiple messages and tried unsuccessfully for days to get someone to pick up a call. I finally had to resort to calling another department to get help. Thank you Isa! This is my brain not a broken bone. I expect better. I would give the Dr herself five stars- she is thorough, patient, kind, explains things well, takes her time.
