It makes me so sad but this was one of the most disappointing pedicures I've gotten. First off, I called ahead, made an appointment, and made sure to ask the price for myself and my 8 year old. It felt like they rushed through our pedicures. I'm not asking for a miracle on my heels, but it would be nice if they would've been a little smoother. I've been coming here since before it changed ownership and was still called Ency. They have a good selection and multiple brands of gel polish. The salon is very clean and relaxing. They use clean paper towels and wear gloves and don't reuse tools. No-chip manicures include gloves to protect your skin from the UV rays emitted during the curing process. They play calming quiet music and show movies or "Friends" on TV to watch while you get your treatment. The punch card system is also nice.
