I went to Dr. Antony for breast reconstruction. She and her team were truly amazing! She is an artist. Before surgery she really listened to what I wanted for an outcome and explained the post op care. After surgery Dr. Antony’s team was very attentive-available 24 hours a day. I followed all the post op care and while I had thought it would be difficult it turned out to be much easier than I had anticipated. Just 6 months out my result is spectacular and I would recommend her to anyone!
I was a breast cancer reconstruction patient of Dr. Antony. I recommend her with the highest endorsement. Her caring manner, her attention to detail and her skills are unbelievable. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
Simply put, Dr. Antony is the best! The process of having a bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction felt incredibly isolating and frankly de-womanizing, but I couldn’t be more thankful for Dr. Antony’s patience, understanding, and compassion. She was down to earth, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Her balance of art and science gave me results that I couldn’t be more pleased with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Antony to my family and friends.
Dr. Antony is simply the best! I cannot believe how natural and beautiful my result is. My new Ob-gyn could not even tell I was a double mastectomy-double reconstruction patient! She is known in the chicagoland area as the go-to surgeon for breast reconstruction and is nationally recognized for her the techniques she developed at Rush (totally famous!) Ask around and you will realize that she is technically the best, honest, dedicated w/a super bedside manner. Her staff are awesome too!
Dr Antony is a total expert on breast reconstruction that offers techniques that are not available at any other hospital in the Chicagoland area. She is a real artist and has an aesthetic eye. People don’t even know that I am a double mastectomy with recon- they look so natural! I am so glad I found her- I was referred to her because she is known as the best! (She also does my Botox and fillers and I am so glad I asked about it.)
She did not listen to my questions about breast reconstruction options. Feel that she pressured me into implants. Also mislead me regarding recovery and time off work. She was very abrupt and condescending. Very unhappy with her bedside manner and overall demeanor.
Dr. Antony is the most impressive surgeon I've ever met. After speaking with several doctors, I actually flew to Chicago to undergo surgery with Dr. Antony specifically given her experience and results. She approaches surgery with the craft of an artist - topped with her expert medical training at Stanford and lovely bedside manner (she's the sweetest!) I couldn't have asked for more. My surgery came out flawlessly, and I always recommend Dr. Antony to family and friends.
Dr. Antony is an incredible surgeon who genuinely cares about her patients getting the best results possible. Her work is truly amazing, and I am just thrilled with the outcome. She has always gone above and beyond for me, and I could not be more grateful to be in such capable, gifted hands!
