Awful front desk staff, Wonderful Doctor Dr Sharma himself is a very kind, caring, knowledgeable, and professional physician. I have been a patient of his for several years. However, his front office staff is a whole other story. They are badly in need of some education of the specialty they are working in, so as they may develope the needed empathy and insight to properly care for and communicate with patients in need of that specialtry.
