Extremely disappointing and concerning experience. Dr. Malhotra told me my insurance would not cover a diagnostic nerve block, yet another provider was able to get the exact procedure covered. Even more concerning was his dismissive and condescending attitude. He made me feel bullied as a patient and explicitly stated there would be no “back and forth,” seemingly anticipating that I might have ongoing concerns after treatment. Very kind compassionate and thorough on examination and explained everything in detail.
By the time I came to Dr. Malhotra, I had already experienced multiple misdiagnoses and negative interactions within the healthcare system.
