I would not recommend Dr Chhaparia. I never felt listened to by him. He refused to change a medication that was no longer working and was not proactive in trying to stop my ulcerative colitis flare for almost an entire year. Anytime I saw him in office, he was in and out as quick as he possibly could and was not clear with his plan of action. His nurse practitioner Amelia Aubuchon was the only one that seemed to advocate for me.
