I am honestly sick to my stomach after my experience with Dr.Chhaparia This was, without a doubt, the most unprofessional medical encounter I have ever had. He didn’t listen to a single word I said. Instead, he sat there the entire time charting out loud while completely ignoring my presence and my concerns and it wasn't taking notes it was literally his charting. Had a colonoscopy by Dr C. Went absolutely great.
I had a nice visit with Dr Chhaparia. He took plenty of time with me to make sure I understood what was going on and answer any questions I had. He was very friendly and informative. I had a little bit of trouble understanding what one of the procedures he was telling me about meant so he wrote the name on a piece of paper for me and explained in detail what was involved.
Dr Chhaparia did not listen to me. I had CT scans that clearly showed the source of my pain and he said nothing remarkable, we can discuss it at your colonoscopy in 2 months. I still pressed for answers before that and was not given any. At that point I was denied getting a second opinion from his office Drs as well as Drs outside of his practice. After going back to my primary and getting a new plan in order I am finally getting a much needed surgery to fix the source of the problem. Just awful patient care. Do not go to hi... read more
