Dr. Cherukuri is Excellent, he listens very closely to any issues and addresses each concern. He is extremely knowledgeable and he makes sure to explain any actions he is taking and then ensures you thoroughly understands his instructions. Dr. Cherukuri is also genuinely concerned, which doesn't happen much these days, he takes his time and doesn't 'rush' you out the door. During followup visits, he is aware of discussions that took place on my prior visits, which is appreciated!
Terrible customer service with scheduling. Had 1st appointment cancelled months after making it to establish care. Had 2nd appointment cancelled on me today after making it months ago again. Now being told he is not seeing new patients and expect me to see a PA which normally is fine, but to establish care with a doctor?? They refused to accommodate me. Wasted 4 months after doctor was highly recommended. Staff fell short however.
Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and takes time to explain and doesn’t rush to pills etc. will try to do homeopathic if possible.
Excellent primary care doctor. Actively listens to the patient and provides very detailed clinical notes for reference. The office is a little difficult to deal with regarding prescriptions and it takes a long time to send in a script, but I’m finding this might be more of a Baptist Health issue.
I love dr Cherukuri! He is so compassionate and explains things clearly and completely. My husband almost died during Covid and he was so helpful.
