Brittany's attentiveness during our consultation was extremely thorough and I have never felt more listened to by a healthcare provider. She is passionate about her craft and truly cares about your health journey.
Services were great and Brittany was polite and knowledgeable, but the billing practices were not. I was charged after canceling, received no products/services for the month that I was charged for, and my refund request was refused due to a policy I was never provided. When I asked for either a refund or fulfillment of that month’s products/services, I did not receive a clear resolution or a response. I recommend getting all terms in writing before signing up. This situation felt misleading.
