A little frustrated by how long it is taking to get my glasses. Had an appointment on 2/27, when I called on 3/19 to check on the status I was told they should arrive any day. However, when I checked online it said they were just ordered on 3/19. Called again on 3/29 and the secretary said she would have a manager call me tomorrow as there was none there Friday evening. The service was super speedy and courteous. Amanda checked us out and had great knowledge about my insurance and even found a discount. Customer service was amazing.
I have been a patient at this location for three years over which I have had two visits with two different providers, Dr. Chawla and Dr. Mohammed. Unfortunately, there have either been issues with either the providers or office staff over the years. At my first visit, Dr. Chawla provided me with an unsigned prescription, i.e. no digital signature. When I asked for a signed prescription, she refused, saying a signature isn’t required?? She did sign the prescription when asked again, however this was nevertheless bizarre. My s... read more

They are a rip off instead of the actual checking with your insurance about what they cover they give you and estimate not telling you it’s and estimate what they say is this is what your insurance covers so if you think you getting something that not going to cost you and you don’t have to come out of pocket then weeks later you get a bill place is a rip off false advertisement
