I recently went to Antwerpen used cars to look at a 2021 Highlander. I took the vehicle to my mechanic and he said the vehicle had been poorly maintained as evidenced by extremely dirty filters and no coolant (which might suggest a leak). We brought these issues (and other issues) up with the salesperson, Pierre. He was okay with fixing some of the issues if we bought the car. Worst customer service, don't recommend buying a car from here.
My experience in the dealership wasn't good. I drove 40 mins away to see a car there, it was 2018 Honda Accord with 91k milage, it had scratches on the body in 3 sides, and had curb rash on all four wheels. The salesman there name, Thomas Green. He looked a little bit more aggressive when i had questions about the car. He also seemed to be aggressive when i was negotiating for the price. Please beware of this dealership! Would not recommend this dealership unless you are prepared to deal with dishonest people. I would highly recommend you taking your business elsewhere. Unfortunately, have had numerous negative experiences throughout our buying process that could have been avoided. Our first warning to future customers is when purchasing a used car from them is to carefully review your bill of sale and purchase price.
