We purchased a 2025 Pathfinder at the end of August and had a good experience here. Once we told the salesman, Gill King, exactly what we were looking for, he located it at another dealer and had it transferred while we waited. I am a big fan of Nissan. I’ve owned 5 Nissans over the years. First time trying out this dealership since I moved to a new area. The communication when I bought my car was on point. The following week I contacted the sales person about my license plate and crickets. Warning sign number one… always follow through with your customer. But here’s the kicker… took my car in for an oil change which took almost 4 hours. Never experienced that before. Mind you, my appointment was at the beginning of the day. Mike Hastings in the service department is the only reason I drive over an hour from where I now live in northern Virginia to get my car serviced at this location (even when I could go to another service location closer to me)!
