I bought a 2022 outlander that had scratches in 2 places (supposedly easily fixable, but this was untrue) and my contract stated that the scratches would be repaired. They repaired one scratch after weeks of back and forth and then the manager apologized for forgetting about the second scratch, but said they would fix it.
