I found the car on TrueCar and went to the dealer to conduct a sale. We liked the vehicle and when working the deal, the manager kept slipping in costs and not honoring the TrueCar price. Several back-and-forth issues with him caused frustration. Once most costs were cleared up, an aftermarket (Lojack) was added. I did not want it at first but manager insisted we would get an insurance rebate that would more than pay for the cost over time. I purchased a vehicle from this company (Ram 1500) back in January of this year. Everything was fine until August….I was driving home from work and the check engine light came on. Long story short, ended up calling Antwerpen and was told to bring the truck in only to find out the truck needs a new motor and hoses. Don’t buy parts from here if you have a business or work for a business that deals with parts vendors. We have had a part at my job since may and kept calling them to pick it up, nobody ever came. Our latest call we were advised they don’t come this way anymore so nobody will be picking it up, if we want credit we can drive it to them. There’s always been nothing but issues with Antwerpen, do not recommend.
