Charles was amazing he went over and beyond for me
My vehicle had services performed on it that I didnt authorize. When spoke to rep, they advised they only record inbound calls so when techs call out to convey the issues or recommendations, it is not monitoring for integrity. There was no refund issued for the mishap and im out almost a 1,000 extra dollars. Totally defrauded me and I will never patronize again!
I will never do business with Antwerpen Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram again. I purchased a 2023 Dodge Charger from them in March, and after taking it somewhere else for my first oil change, the mechanic noticed that two of my tires were already worn unevenly, with one more than halfway worn down.
