Brian was absolutely great to work with and very professional. He responded very quickly and accurately to all questions. Mailed my jewelry into him and he kept me up to date on the shipping process and let me know as soon as it was received. Gave me a very fair quote and mailed out a check the same day. Also offers Zelle for payment. Great business--will definitely do business again in the future!!

My experience was pleasant and consistent with all the other wonderful reviews people have taken the time to write.
Stopped by the Buckhead store yesterday to get some items priced. Brian carefully examined each item, tested the metal content with his ray gun and offered up a fair price. These guys are always courteous, respectful and appreciative each time I visit.
