Horrible experience. My son took car for an oil change and assessment of what causing leak in coolant. Dealer diagnosed that car needed water pump and timing belt replacement. I had car reviewed for second opinion and the Master Mechanic noticed that motor mounts were freshly broken, due to dealer removing bolts and not properly reattaching. The bolts would have to had been removed to access cover of water pump. I spoke with manager and took car back to dealer. Dealer completely denied it and just left it at that. They ... read more
