Mr. Tavares along with his colleagues focus only on collecting your money. This firm charged my retainer excessively, doubled billed and charged me fees for hours spent on their errors. They have also mislead me into believing we were ready for trial then charged me an additional $10,000 and wanted another $5,000 to go to trial. I have spent thousands and they have not even filed. Learn from my mistakes and go to a different firm. This entire firm is completely unethical.
