As my family is deeply saddened by the 4 year anniversary of my sister's passing, I can't help but think how cold this doctor was to my family and sister and contributed to my sister's death. I don't wish this experience on any patient or family. When I tried to get my sister admitted because she couldn't even stand he said "we aren't here to be a babysitter". A month later she passed at St. Luke's. Shame on you.
Dr Ruggeri is a wonderful Doctor, he informs you all the information you need, let's you know what tests are required listens to everything with questions you may have. If I ever need an oncologist again I would want Dr Ruggeri he's the best
