The service at the North Reading shop is always good, high quality and fast turnaround. While all the employees are friendly and professional Nick is an all-star and an awesome steward to your brand. I am giving only four stars because it's a little pricier than most. Otherwise I highly recommend them.

Expensive, but got it done in a day.
I had a queen-sized brown merino wool blanket cleaned. The staff was friendly, even after i warned them about the dog hair on the blanket. It came back perfectly clean. The price was right too.
Staff is very helpful. I have been there before and he is always friendly. Excellent customer service.
