Taylor has come to my house twice and is very professional and knowledgeable. The motor in my unit has been loud for the last 2 years and none of the previous techs from Antons gave me any advice about it and just told me its a lot of static pressure. Taylor told me to get a lower merv rated filter and since then I can no longer hear the motor when the air conditioner comes on. Thanks to Taylor the motor does not have to run as hard and burn out.
I originally scheduled an appointment with Anton’s for a dehumidifier quote, and Marie proactively called to see if I was available sooner—great start! After assessing the situation and learning that Anton’s also handles plumbing, I ended up moving forward with a full HVAC replacement, an in-duct air purifier system, and a new water heater tank to address all of my concerns. Anton Plumbing was referred to me by Ameren as part of the Save as you Pay program so I didn't pick them. Boy were we lucky they sent us there. Scott worked thru the program with me but it didn't really work for us. He spent alot of time with me going over the program and answering all my questions. Considering what a new system costs I had lots of questions. Once I decided to book their company he was able to get me in quickly and left a cooling unit which is currently keeping us comfortable. Tony was great
I was very pleased with the entire experience of getting my air conditioning back in working order. Additionally, I Mr. Wensel the suggestions for things that were noticed during the inspection and repair that didn't even relate to HVAC that I was unaware of that needed to be addressed and was helped with shutting off the gas so that I wouldn't have a problem with that leak in the house anymore.
