Anton Plumbing was referred to me by Ameren as part of the Save as you Pay program so I didn't pick them. Boy were we lucky they sent us there. Scott worked thru the program with me but it didn't really work for us. He spent alot of time with me going over the program and answering all my questions. Considering what a new system costs I had lots of questions. Once I decided to book their company he was able to get me in quickly and left a cooling unit which is currently keeping us comfortable. We had Steve come out and were were extremely happy. Explained things well, showed up when he said he would, explained our different options, and did a fantastic job with what hed come out for. Significantly better than a different service we used a couple years ago. Solid service for sure.
I had an outstanding experience with Anton’s Plumbing, Heating/Cooling & Energy Experts! Tony Giraffa was the technician who came out, and he was absolutely fantastic. Friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable—Tony took the time to explain everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It's clear he takes pride in his work, and it shows. I truly appreciate the level of service both from Tony and the company as a whole. Highly recommend!
Tony came out today and replaced the capacitor which was under warranty and all I paid for was labor and service call. Signed up for the maintenance plan which I didn't realize had expired.
