Called Kiki's after 5pm with my daughter's emergency situation; Her Cat, Bokie, was stuck in a tree about 40 feet above ground and didn't know how to get down, Bokie had been up there for over 16 hours with a dog barking at the base of the tree and no food or water. Kiki came by in the morning to look at my dead tree, gave me a reasonable price, and offered to take care of it that afternoon. By evening the team had removed the tree and cleaned up thoroughly. I elected to not remove the stump yet, but will get back in touch with Kiki if/when I decide to remove it.
Kiki and his team are the absolute best tree trimming and landscaping service in Albuquerque. He's been out to our property multiple times over the years to care for our trees and shrubs, and every interaction with everyone in the organization is five star! 🌟 They provide quality, friendly and consistent service and at a fair price. Very knowledgeable and communicative! I consider them an essential partner in caring for the trees and landscaping at our house!
A couple of years ago we needed help grinding out a 60+ year old mulberry stump and its roots from our yard. Kiki brought in some heavy machinery on a holiday weekend and was able to get the job done extremely efficiently and effectively in about an hour. Kiki and his team provide outstanding service at a very reasonable price. They have completed four jobs for us including tree removal, major pruning, and stump grinding. Each time, Kiki personally walked the job to provide his estimate. He is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. The crews are hard working, courteous and proficient. Kiki's equipment is clearly well-maintained and top notch. Overall, I could not ask for better service and I will definitely hire them in the future.
