I wanted to share my experience with this company because it was very stressful and disappointing. On March 29, I applied for insurance with Mr. Williams. He was very nice, kind, and helpful during the application process. I provided all of my personal information and signed the necessary paperwork. However, the following day, when I tried to contact the company with questions and to confirm that everything had been processed correctly, I received no response.
