RecommendedI broke my son's violin string when tuning it. It was 9 am in the morning of Saturday. I got a string from them at 11 am same day. They picked up my call and had the string ready for pickup right away. I am very very grateful and they really care about their customers. If you are looking for a local violin store, please visit them!!!
Great Customer Service. I had made an appointment to get our son an upgraded viola. They had 8 violas set up for him to try. Gave him plenty of time to play each one and make a decision. They also gave us great value on the viola we previously bought there. He's a college freshman majoring in music and has played violas from Antonio for 12 years. We won't shop anywhere else!
I've never had a rental company take such care of their clients. Their kindness and compassion for their clients is unmatched.
