I purchased a home in which the seller's realtor was Janelle Blue of Cutler Real Estate. The sellers lied on the State of Ohio's disclosure form stating that the roof had been replaced in 2015. We were given a very short window to get inspections done and the roof was covered in snow during this time. Our inspector based off the disclosure form felt secure in the condition of the roof based on the roof being replaced in 2015. I must certainly could not support a company who works with somebody like Seana Espy, Who openly represents you on social media yet bullies and harasses people live near her including making homophobic and slanderous comments and non stop bullying on the Internet. it's quite shameful.

I wouldn’t recommend Cutler to my worst enemy. They put us through a living nightmare trying to BUY a house. We were treated with disrespect and everyone was so unprofessional, right down to closing day with the title company who “wasn’t affiliated” BUT it was located in CUTLERS main office. We didn’t even know if we had gotten the house right down to the HOUR before we were supposed to close. Their realtor left a voicemail that said he had accepted another offer a WEEK before closing.
