Wait time is usually 1 hr 30 min to 1 hr 45 min. I was given a question sheet to assess emotional and physical well being. No one looked at the information I supplied and addressed my issues and or concerns. I felt like i wasn't even a number.
Dr. Santillan Gomez saved my life. After having abdominal pain and bloating for a few months, I went to see my OBGYN. After she reviewed my ultrasound, she saw a cyst that looked suspicious and referred me Dr. Santillan. Dr. Santillan met with me and discussed a radical hysterotomy. He takes his time to explain everything and what to expect. He talks to you like a friend not like some doctors do. He makes you feel very comfortable and safe.
Dr Santillan is awesome, he's professional and easy to speak to. Also has good bed side manners.
Dr. Santllian-Gomez is very patient answering my questions. He is kind. I hear he is a skilled surgeon so when it’s time for that part of my treatment I’m sure all will go well.
Dr was very compassionate as well as his staff. I was made to feel relaxed with their professionalism and kindness.
