From quote to completion nothing was too much for natural carpet care. I am overwhelmed with my expirence with ncc, thair vast knowledge in carpet cleaning assured me that i was in the capible hands
I was quoted $108 for 3 rooms and a hallway. The price given was $89 for 3 rooms and $19 for the hall. I set the service up for our grandparents and left them with cash. I called twice to confirm the cost. When the tech showed up he told our grandparents it would be over $200 and $35 for each spot. He then said the cleaning fee was different than the steaming fee?? They went back and forth and it was narrowed down to 2 rooms for $175-$200 and the tech said to just give him an extra $10 tip. Terrible!
