Overcharged, overpriced
I have been going to see Dr Charneco for a little over a year now. I have very complicated dental problems that requires expert quality work and extensive dental care. Dr Charneco came through for me with the most high quality care as a prosthodontist and dentist. I’ve been to other prosthodontists in the Pittsburgh area who were more interested in my money than giving me the best care for my teeth thus I lost many $1000s. Dr Charneco is not like that at all. I couldn't disagree more with the previous review....This office is SPARKLING and new, and I've always had a pleasant experience with the front desk. They accommodate for fluoride-free cleanings as well as non-artificial toothpaste during the polish at the end. Dental hygienist was very gentle and sweet and the office is quiet and calming. I thoroughly enjoy my visits here.
I really wanted to like this facility. Carrie the front desk person seems combative at times. Or argumentative if you will. She’s not a patient advocate or understanding I spent lots of time asking questions but felt it made the dentist uneasy or threatened. His assistant.
