Declined to take me on as a patient despite him accepting new patients and having premium insurance. Waited two weeks to find out after trying to make an appointment from a dead voiced receptionist who would only say "he said no" Maybe this is a front for something else. . .
I had my first appointment with Dr Pena this week I am so glad I found him!! He is extremely thorough (I like that in a doctor); he has a wonderful sense of humor (I like that in anybody). He is also kind and friendly and gives his patient his full attention.
We enjoy Dr. Pena’s thoroughness and kindness.
Dr. Antonio Pena is great; however, some of his office staff are incredibly difficult to work with and quite rude. Multiple interactions with a "Linda H" have been very frustrating and detrimental to care. If Dr. Pena were not so great at his job I would definitely seek care elsewhere. Please look to enforce better training with your office staff!
