Horrible RUDE unethical behavior & conduct from ALL staff. they make unknown charges for absolutely no reason. whenever you have a question about an ongoing case they ignore all your calls and emails. Gracie Olvera and Alexandra were amazing ! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing of a great lawyer to represent you , always responsive , professional, patient and caring thru difficult divorce and custody process, would definitely use them again in any family legal matter, she was always transparent and explained all the options and process so I could understand it. I had a very disappointing experience with Gracie Olvera at Olvera Law Group. Communication was extremely poor .I often had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates on my case. It felt like I was left in the dark during important moments when I needed guidance the most. Professionalism was also lacking.
