Had a stylist that I liked, drove from Moses Lake (3 &1/2 hours)for an early appointment and found the place locked up with a for rent sign in the window. The owner truly did me a disservice by not calling me to let me know what was going on. He has other salons in the area so just BEWARE.
Do not be fooled like I was into thinking this salon is quality just because of their use of Aveda products. I received a terrible haircut, followed by worse customer service from the stylist and the manager. Immediately after leaving the salon I put my hair up and rushed home to wash out the excessive gobs of product put into my hair. I called the manager in tears the same day to let them know of my bad experience and asked for a refund. She said they would not do refunds but would look into it.
