Very friendly but staff, medical referrals, and prescriptions are poorly handled. I've been waiting for a 2 referrals since January and it's about to be October. Either they get a specialist that's is not located or exists or they send over the wrong info and have to keep waiting. No organization, I'm military and have a lot on going issues but not receiving help, I'm going to change PCM if something doesn't change soon.
