The staff at Dr. Flores office is awesome! I called for an RX issue and Yolanda quickly dealt with that and followed up on my PT, MRI and brace issues.
Been a patient for over 10 years and am grateful for the care I receive. There are times when it can be difficult to see Dr. Flores, but he has very capable PA's on staff.
Was told in 9-1-25 to make a dr appointment and called did not have a open spot nor did ask me if i wanted to make a appointment then called 10-1-25 and still cant see a doctor till the 20th like everyone is backwords in this city and doctors dont even try to look into anything cuz someone told me wrong information when i called sep 1
All is well, but for the first time in my life I got a new insurance card/number. Upon my Jan check-up the front-desk help didn't ask if my insurance changed (most offices do, just in case) & I forgot to mention it. So by the time that was corrected, 3 months later, my insurance wouldn't pay for it anymore because it was past the time frame in which they'd pay it. So, had to pay just under $500 for a regular yearly check-up.
Since meeting and accepting Dr Flores as my Primary Care Physician in September of 2022 my overall health and wellbeing has improved significantly. He and his staff are always supportive in my medical needs no matter what. Although my 20 years serving the United States Air Force has taken a great toll on my aging body Dr Flores’s experience and love for his patients my care over the years has made my life comfortable and rewarding. It was not luck that I found Dr Flores it was a thank you for service to god and country
