We have called this location in Swansea many times. My husband loves Dr. Cruz but will try calling the Providence location for an appointment. We live in Swansea, right down the street from his Swansea office. Unfortunately nobody ever returns our call. I think the office staff is incompetent. I have heard the same problem with other people at this location.
Saw Dr Cruz today for a consultation on a torn ear lobe! Seems very nice and professional! Surgery is scheduled for May 31st
