DO NOT use this landscaper! August 2024 I signed and approved an estimate. I received a text from the owner, Antonio that he had me on the schedule for 2025. Then end of July 2025 I called to find out a date for the work to start, never received a call back. I had to call three times and send a text. Finally I received a reply text saying he didn’t have me on the schedule because he never heard back from me and maybe he could get me on the schedule. Extremely unprofessional. The girl/woman handling their booking and scheduling is extremely rude. She noted her personal life and circumstances. She seems to be to overwhelmed to handle worklife and home managment. The lack of service was handled with a customer at fault and her overwhelming schedule in personal home life- to pretty much oh well, we just need to deal with it.
