Truthfully not sure how this family owned business lasted that long when this is how they treat customers. My fiance finally settled down to have Antonelli set the family heirloom diamond onto a new ring and also purchased a wedding band from them. Unfortunately the rings did not fit. He called Allison regarding the adjustments. She told him to leave the rings and he told her he would much rather have then adjusted in front of him. She instantly got defensive and stated she was SO UPSET AND OFFENDED that he didn't trust her.... read more
