We had a great experience with Antonella Villa and her team who sold our mother’s house for us. She is very professional and made the experience very seamless. She took the time to take care of every little detail. Definitely would highly recommend her services if you are thinking of selling your home.

Antonella and her team did a wonderful job of selling our co-op unit. They had a solid sales strategy, created fabulous, marketing materials, completed a targeted mailing to generate interest, managed the offer/acceptance process very astutely, stayed on top of the transaction as it was going through the process, and ultimately insured a smooth closing. We’re very grateful for her attention to detail and would definitely recommend her and her team and use her services in the future. Thank you, Team Villa!

Antonella was a pleasure to work with. She helped us sell our apartment and find exactly what we were looking to buy. She listened to our wants and needs, and found several options for us to go see. She was warm, approachable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Working with her felt more like working with a family member than a realtor. We would highly recommend Antonell... read more
