Terrible customer service. This company installed the heat in the new home we just bought. It was a complete remodel— everything from plumbing to electrical to the roof is brand new. Once we moved in, we were having issues with the heat. We have a baby and it’s not getting warmer than 63 degrees downstairs and the nursery upstairs is getting up to 75 degrees.
