Horrible experience. Staff was nice but Dr. Dias was running so behind I waited over 3 hrs for surgery and I had to reschedule because I was going to not be able to make it in to work and they seemingly were not going to see me for another 45 minutes to an hour. Ridiculous to have to wait 4 hours for a 20 minute procedure.
Worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. Invalidated, gaslit, dismissed, his ego hurt. Poorest bedside manner I’ve ever received. Diagnosed & billed my insurance for a condition he claims I don’t have & that everything looked normal despite test results showing otherwise!! He also claimed that slapping or hitting an area does not increase blood flow to the area & that it’s not possible to increase blood flow to an area. Shocking considering he’s a vascular surgeon.
