I lived here for three years and recently moved out. While my time here had some positives, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The apartment itself was poorly maintained, but I have to give credit to the maintenance team—they were exceptional. They responded quickly to all my requests and fixed issues efficiently. Edit: have to take a star away from the management team, because my deposit was not refunded a month after I left. I called and they told me that it was deducted for carpet cleaning, without any photo proof or detailed breakdown. we live next to Anton1101. One of the anton residents plays music and karaoke with loud speaker almost every day. Can you imagine the people in the remote meeting can hear that clearly even if we close the window and we are 30 ft away from them? We called the leasing officer but they said this didn’t happen during their “quiet hours” so they can’t do anything.
It’s a very good residence at Sunnyvale
