Edit: have to take a star away from the management team, because my deposit was not refunded a month after I left. I called and they told me that it was deducted for carpet cleaning, without any photo proof or detailed breakdown. we live next to Anton1101. One of the anton residents plays music and karaoke with loud speaker almost every day. Can you imagine the people in the remote meeting can hear that clearly even if we close the window and we are 30 ft away from them? We called the leasing officer but they said this didn’t happen during their “quiet hours” so they can’t do anything.
It’s a very good residence at Sunnyvale
3.5 star for the building itself, 5 star for the location, 6 star for the management team. I have lived in this place for over three years now. When I first moved in, the leasing manager back then didn't do a very good job. But things all got a lot better when the current leasing manager Ismael took over. He is very responsive and kind and respects all the tenants here.
