It took three months to renovate a 150 foot bathroom. We have just discovered a three inch crack in the rim of the tub. It was either installed incorrectly creating a stress point or it was installed with the crack and they hoped we wouldn't notice. Communication was sparse. Luckily they were sub contractors for home Depot who I assume will make it right.
I am very pleased overall with the work Raul & Jusmar did in our home. They were very kind professional and conscientious throughout the project. Raul seemed happy to explain what was really going on whenever I had questions in terms I could understand. They took over a job that had been started by another contractor, identified and corrected mistakes we had not noticed and completed the project with quality work.
