nasty management – Claudia who did my colonic was great. She made me feel very comfortable. As for their customer service and management I would say they score a big fat zero. They are nice and quick to offer you discounts so you can purchase packages in advance. But, when it is time for appointments and cancellations they give you a very hard time. I was planning on going back for regular colonics and other spa treatment but because of nasty management and bad customer service I am forced to go elsewhere.

She called to cancell her confirmed and prepaid appointment a couple of hours before her scheduled allocated time. horrible customer service... – I went there for a colonic. The lady that performed it was wonderful. She made me feel very comfortable. But the session was shorter than expected. She suggested that I come back for a couple of more colonics. Taking her advice I paid for 3 sessions and purchased some of their products. The day before my second session I had my period. Great Service, great people! – To be honest, before I stepped inside the comfortable space of the Antoinette Boudior Spa,I had done my research. I had never been much of a spa enthusiast, but knew some kind of stress intervention was in order. Oh!! the ONLY place to go for waxing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – OMG!! Never in my life I had such a pain free brazilian bikini wax!! Maya is doing it sooo good I have no reasons anymore to put it on for another week!! Girls, really, once you try waxing with Maya, you wont go to anyone else.... Though, as i know it's hard to get the appointment with her, there is like a few days of wait time. BUt it's worth waiting...
best couples retreat – Me and my wife went last weekend to Antoinette for a couples package. She told us to leave a review here. We had package Treat Your Honey Right. It was amazing time. Very beautiful decor and very professional stuff. I love this place and we will deffenetly come back here for detox packages. My wife made a birthday present for me this couples retreat and we had very good time here. By the way it was my first experience in spa and i was glad i came.
Excellent Microdermobrations – I got very good Microdermobration Facial in Antoinette. I did it before in other places but it was painful here Maya did a great job. Very professional stuff. I can not wait to come back for something else.
Best bikini wax – I love this spa for everything, but particularly for waxing! I have been a regular here for more then 7 month and highly recommend Maya for all waxing services, she is the only one in the city that I trust for virtually painless and perfect bikini waxes. The service is always efficient and flawless and everyone is very friendly. I just can't wait to try more of their services!
Just great – I was few days ago there. Very professional stuff. I did colon Hydrotherapy. I was very scared and nervouse Claudia (my therapist) did great job. I felt like at home and after procedure lighter and better. They know how to make you feel compfortable.Highly Recommended!!!!! Right place to detox body.
