Run don’t walk! If you have 4c hair, this salon is not for you. They don’t know or have the proper equipment and products for your hair. After washing they did not put in a leave in conditioner and before blow drying in a 100degrees, they did not put heat protection. They were very harsh with my hair it hurt so much. Honestly if I could give this salon a zero star rating, I would. Such a bad and 'UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE' I got from here. From the blowout session to the main hairstyle. By the way, it was my first time at the salon. They obviously don't know how to section, braid and manipulate a 4c hair not to mention the style they made for me was 'obviously' and 'completely' different from the one I had requested.
