Dr. Khoury is a doctors doctor and if your able to have you child seen and treated by him you will be in good hands ,truly the best care. Dr. Khoury was the third urologist we met in our search for the right doctor to take on my 8 month old daughter's case. Here are a few things that made him stand out from other pediatric urolgoists: 1. He didn't rush us. 2. He thinks of the patient as a whole. Dr. Khoury proactively asked questions to better understand how she was really doing. 3. He was calm and confident, but not dismissive. 4. He looked at my daughter in the eyes and said hello to her. This office is so disorganized that I am compelled to leave a review. My son was seen by Dr. Khoury and was told he needed surgery. "Brenda, the scheduler will reach out in about 2 weeks." Going on 4 weeks now and over 10 phone calls between me and my husband have gone unanswered. Every time we call we get a "supervisor" and promised that someone will contact us by end of day. Nothing. No call. Ever. Just a big middle finger that my child is not important to this staff or the doctor.
Best of the Best, Dr. Khoury did an amazing job with our son that needed to have a procedure done. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was in good order before completing. So fortunate to have him as our sons surgeon!
Dr. Khoury is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He is caring and shares his expert advice. He has been treating my ten old daughter over seven years. He is very efficient and great with kids. He is a great listener and answers all of our questions patiently and explains thoroughly what to expect from each procedure. His staff has always tried to accommodate us with last minute appointments even when his schedule was completely full. My daughter loves him and trusts him completely.
Dr. Huckaby referred Dr. Antoine Houry when the test and scan found a major concern. Called three times (Brenda) over an eight day period to obtain an appointment. Know how many time Brenda called me back? ZERO. Not one returned call on an emergency concern. one star
