Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Disrespectful of My Time I scheduled a consultation with Antler Pools and Patios a week in advance. When the time came, no one showed up and I didn’t receive any call or message. I called the office—my appointment and contact info were verified (even though it had already been confirmed when I scheduled). Still, no follow-up. Looking forward to enjoying our new pool this summer. My point person was the owner Nick he was alway reachable. Looking at the finish project very impressed. The only negative is it took longer than expected.
We bought our home knowing that a remodel was going to be necessary. We have a vinyl pool and some very ugly fiberglass stairs. We consulted many companies that told us doing something other than a new set of fiberglass stairs wasn’t possible. We were a little bummed out but when we spoke with Nick at Antlers said he would look it to it.. and he kept looking into it. He was finally able to get the right crew to do exactly what we wanted. It turned out even better than we hoped and I could not recommend them more!
Nick’s team did a great job on a re-plaster of my spa. Great communication through the project. Very satisfied. Highly recommend!
Needed some concrete work done around our pool and it was very difficult to find a pool company to come out and do a smaller job, but these guys got it done and it looks great! Will use them in the future for sure.
