I have stayed here twice and both times have been lovely! Beautiful home, welcoming environment, plus great location. Looking forward to my next stay here.
This is truly one of my husband and I’s top places we have ever stayed at (in the U.S. and out of the country)!! Barb and Hank are wonderful hosts and their knowledge on the history of the home is incredible. Their love for their home is shown in how preserved they keep the beautiful charm and coziness of the historic house. They also serve a delicious breakfast! Definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys history and the finer things!

I liked this property a lot. We stayed in the Art Deco room, which is the 2 bedroom, 2 Bath apartment in the guest house that adjoins the mansion. The location is very good—it’s in an old neighborhood of beautiful homes and it’s also a short walk to Front Street, which is where all the restaurants, shops and bars are. Also, the place has been perfectly rehabbed and very well decorated, and the kitchen was well equipped. We would stay here again for sure.
