After being ignored while standing at the cash register for 10 minutes while he was on the phone, I was FINALLY able to pay for the 2 CD's I wanted. When I got home I found out he put the wrong CD in the wrong jewel case. My wife went back the next day and explained and asked for the correct CD. Without even checking his CD to see that he had the incorrect one, or checking her receipt, he accused her of switching the CD's out at home, that she may be a thief, and REFUSED to help her.
