RecommendedA fun place to browse, some prices are silly, some are bargains. Just make sure to avoid the autograph booth in the middle with dozens of signed photos, they’re all fake and aren’t even good forgeries when you compare them to real ones online! None of those would pass 3rd party authentication. So if buying something real means something to you just walk by....Pics posted!
Lots of great items. Also lots of fake/ reproduction. Can find cheaper elsewhere. So know what you are paying.
I just went there for the first time today. Did not buy anything, but spent 2 1/2 hours looking around. Great place for a super hot or rainy day to kill some time.

I have been affiliated with The Trove since they opened in 1988. I was one of the Ashwill’s first Dealers in San Carlos, CA. I created the original Logo for the store and won $500 for it, a vintage trunk open full of treasures. I bought a beautiful lamp that came from the SF Palace Hotel with my win and I still have it. The store now is still wonderful and so organized. I was impressed today!👍

I’ll never be able to get the jingle for this place out of my head. Back in 2007, while I was pregnant, they played this horrible commercial all the time and it was for this place. I WILL NEVER GO THERE JUST BECAUSE OF THAT AWFUL JINGLE.
Love! A true treasure trove! The staff is friendly and helpful and the sellers have great selections--everything from "fun" to "historically significant." Couldn't recommend more.
I love spending hours walking around looking at all the cool things. My favorite booth is a little kitchen booth with the most adorable lady named Dorothy her ID number is 384. If you were looking for anything on usual check her but thought you might find it.
