I have had a very positive experience dealing with Nancy. Before I brought my mom's antiques to her I sent digital photos so she could let me know what she could or could not accept. I brought many boxes of those items to our appointment, and she was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She accepted about 75% of the items, which I thought was very reasonable.
