We bought a new bath from this company, they were not as flexible as promised regarding style options. (Can only have those feet with that bath ect). The colour matching was a actually a joke, and looked nothing like the colours we had picked. The enamelling was rushed and it shows. I found them both, especially the wife, to be very unhelpful to the point of rudeness once the deposit was paid. I trust this company with any restoration. They make sound and professional judgements and offer great advice. They even explained how it is illegal to reuse the old waste and supplied a new fitting. They offered solutions to any issue and now my bath sits perfectly in our newly renovated bathroom. I would highly recommend this company. It’s wonderful to work with a company that has been in business for 30+ years their success speaks for itself.
Sent a genuine antique cast iron sink to Antique baths for re-enamelling, it was returned without the irreplaceable brass waste outlet, (I was told "it was damaged on removal so it was thrown away") with an ugly upwards bow at each end. 7mm at left, and 8mm at right. It's completely ruined our kitchen and looks awful. I would NOT recommend this company to even paint a doorknob, they cannot even spell 'surfacing' correctly, PS Their 'antique baths' are made in a foundry in Castlemaine, I was told this by the Foundry owner.
Fabulous service from start to finish. Excellent communication throughout the process. The finished antique bath is even better than we thought. Delivery service also excellent. Highly recommend this company.
