Ruined my bath. After months of waiting and no communication and then backing a forklift into the finished bath and having to redo it i finally received my bath. It was done so badly that I actually cried. It is now so bad that I doubt it can be repaired. He has put two holes in it and then patched poorly. It did not have tap holes originally so i have no idea why or how it happened. If you have a bath waiting to be done by them get it back asap before they butcher it. This business is operated by a dishonest rogue called Jed. Paid for a bath, feet & plug/waste in July 2025 costing $4525. Was not delivered until February 2026. This was after repeated phone calls, excuses and brush offs, and finally took a visit by my cousin (I live in Victoria) to stir things up. Still have not received the plug/waste worth $180, again despite numerous texts & leaving phone messages. The bath surface when finally delivered was very pockmarked. Purchased a bath from and have not heard back since we deposited the rest of the money over a month ago. We know you are shutting down and this must be a stressful time but if we do not hear from you or get tracking details shortly will be going to ACCC.

I had my perfectly good bathtub sent to Antique Bathtub to get the colour changed. The result was appalling. I spent over $3000, bathtub was sent back twice and it was unsatisfactory and given after the 3rd time, there are chips, uneven surface and unfinished parts. I wish I never changed the colour now as they have destroyed the quality of my bathtub. Seriously, look somewhere else.
