Showed up to get my uhual truck, no one there! Wouldn’t recommend!!
How is this place open. We had a reservation for a Uhaul truck and no one was here . There are no keys anywhere. Absolutely ridiculous.
No one at the place, waited and called for two hours. UHaul help line couldn't help us. None of the trucks had any keys and there was no key box. Unprofessional, and I'm lost for words. How is this place still open.
We had a reservation for a UHaul trailer and no one was at the office at our designated pick up time. We left a message as directed on the office door and never received a return call. We had to drive to Spring to get a trailer. Very disappointed!
